Policies
Credit Score - Minimum credit score 600 to qualify for all adults that will reside at the property. There are additional qualifications such as income/debt ratio, good rental history, etc.
Pets - Dogs are negotiable and may require additional security deposit. We do not allow any cats.
No Smoking - For your health and those around you, we ask that you do not smoke inside any of our properties.
Security Deposits - We require first month's rent plus a damage deposit. $300 of this is non-refundable.
Applications - We require a credit check and references. The non-refundable application fee is $30 per adult.
Payments - We offer electronic payment and automatic payments.
Yard Work Rebate - For those who enjoy caring for their own yards, we offer a rebate program on some properties. Once each quarter - we refund you a portion of your rent for mowing, weeding, and taking care of the yard.
